Abstract:
      The traditional blast furnace process is used to treat vanadium titanium magnetite, but has low recovery rate of titanium. In view of the molten titanium slag obtained from gas based shaft furnace reduction process which is non blast furnace smelting process of electric furnace smelting separation, the exploration and trial of producing high titanium slag from DRI titanium slag was carried out. Two processes of HCl pressure leaching -alkali leaching process and NaOH/Na2CO3 activated roasting leaching separation process were successfully developed, and the high titanium slag was obtained to meet the requirements of titanium chloride.
