| Abstract: |
| In order to improve the friction properties of TiC/Cu composite, The friction and wear properties of TiC/Cu composites with different TiC content are tested and analyzed. The results show that the wear coefficient of the composite is lower than that of the matrix, and the wear performance is better at low load wear and the friction coefficient is the lowest when the content of TiC is increased to 3%. Through the wear morphology analysis, it is found that the matrix material is mainly adhesive wear, and the wear behavior of the composites is oxidized, adhesive and stripped, and the TiC particles in the composite can resist the adhesion and wear, thus the wear surface wear of the composites is reduced. |
