Abstract:
The slow settling rate of antimony and poor settlement effect in the flotation of tailings slurry are the important factors affecting the leaching rate of antimony, and also a technical problem for the process of antimony smelting in wet process. Adding the flocculant to the leaching of antimony in the leaching pulp is the most commonly used method in industry. In this study, the effects of adding different flocculants in the antimony slurry and the influence factors such as the dosage and temperature of the flocculant on the leaching effect were studied in this study. The experimental results show that the modified cationic polyacrylamide flocculant and the modified anionic polyacrylamide flocculant can greatly increase the sedimentation rate of the pulp compared with the pulp without flocculant, and the modified cationic polyacrylamide flocculant is at 90 ℃, and the flocculation settlement of the flocculant is between 0.005g/L and 0.006g/L. The drop effect is the best.
