| Abstract: |
| The large-electrode plate zinc electrowinning process has lower power consumption, higher automation level, and better operating environment than the current small plate electrowinning process. Which represents the development direction of the wet zinc smelting process. In 2011, a company of Yunnan introduced imported large-scale automatic stripping system, and it successfully developed a domestically-made large-pole automatic stripping system with BGRIMM Group In 2015. This paper focuses on the use of automatic stripping systems, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the actual use of imported and domestic equipment: When the imported equipment has better electrolytic process parameters, the stripping efficiency is higher, and the domestic equipment is more reliable. |
