Abstract: |
The conditions of technique to copper anode slime by microwave sulfation calcination were optimized using the method of Box-Behnken in response surface method. A quadratic equation model for removal rate amount was built and effects of main factors and their corresponding relationships were obtained. The statistical analysis of the results show that in the range studied the removal rate amount of copper anode slime is significantly affected by the acid/mud ratio and microwave time. The optimized technological conditions obtained by the response surface method are as follows: the acid/mud ratio 0.9:1, the microwave time 28min, and the microwave temperature 400℃, respectively. Under these conditions the predicted removal rate is 95.35%, which is close to the experimental value of 96.12%. The validity of the model is confirmed experimentally and the results are satisfactory. |
