| Abstract: |
| In the research, the Macroscopic morphology, the SEM microstructure, inclusions and chemical composition of the broken reductor axle were examined. The results show that there are welding cracks, slag inclusions and other defects in the broken axle. These defects form a tiny crack source, which leads to fatigue fracture of reductor axle under bending and rotating force. |
