| Abstract: |
| In this paper, the characteristics of preconcentration of lean magnetite was analysed.The separation principle, structure and applications of CTF type and 2CTF type dry magnetic separator were introduced. The BGRIMM dry magnetic separator performed dry preconcentration on -15mm and -5mm lean magnetite ore particles after fine crushing and high-pressure roller-grinding in Chengde area. The magnetic iron grade MFe in the tailings was controlled below 0.7% and 0.6%, and throw waste rate was more than 60%, good result was achieved. |
