| Abstract: |
| The direct reduced leaching of complex low grade of oxidized copper and cobalt ores was studied. The results show that the leaching rates of copper, nickel and cobalt are 37.605%、51.184% and 80.832% respectively, in the following conditions: the liquid to solid ratio 2:1,the leaching temperature 80℃, the sulfuric acid consumption 100kg/t ore, the leaching time 4 h,the ending potential 340~350mV.On this basis, the use of two stage countercurrent leaching, can effectively save the amount of reducing agent SO2 and the comprehensive utilization of free acid in the leaching solution, save the alkali consumption of the following process. |
