| Abstract: |
| Specific to a rubidium-bearing mica with the grade of Rb2O is 0.54%, flotation test of separating mica from feldspar were conducted. Closed circuit test indexes in acidic(pH=3.0) and neutral(pH=7.3) pulp environment when the ore are not grinded (-74μm 10%) and grinded to -74μm 50% were examined respectively. The research results show that: 1) when the ore are not grinded (-74μm 10%), the closed circuit results have little difference in acidic and neutral pulp environment, which bring indexes with rubidium-bearing mica concentrate contained Rb2O 1.24% and 1.21% with the recovery of 67.93% and 67.72% respectively; 2) when the ore are grinded to -74μm 50%, there is a little difference between the closed circuit results in acidic pulp environment and neutral pulp environment, which bring indexes with rubidium-bearing mica concentrate contained Rb2O 1.04% and 1.21% with the recovery of 80.91% and 79.10% respectively; 3) the combination of BK414 and dodecylSamine achieved the separation flotation of mica and feldspar in neutral pulp environment, which provides a new technical basis for the development and utilization of this type of rubidium-bearing mica mineral. |
