Abstract:
A lead-zinc ore in xinjiang has high sulfur content, also contains a certain amount of carbon, which is a complex and refractory lead-zinc ore with carbon-containing and high sulfur content. The galena grain size in ore is not uniform, and the symbiosis relationship between galena and pyrite is complex, which seriously affects the separation of lead and zinc, lead and sulfur. According to the raw ore character, “decarbonization in advance – lead, zinc, sulfur successively priority” flotation technological process is adopted to carry out test research, and the high-efficiency separation between lead, zinc ore and pyrite is achieved. The lead concentrate contains Pb 59.84%, Zn 3.66%, lead recovery is 88.02%. The zinc concentrate contains Zn 52.34%, Pb 1.45%, zinc recovery is 94.05%. The sulfur concentrate contains S 50.26%, sulfur recovery is 88.13%.
