| Abstract: |
| The selenium, copper, indium and gallium were comprehensive recovered from the CIGS Scrap by the process which includes sulfatizing roasting, water leaching, copper extraction, indium extraction, gallium neutralization precipitation and alkali leaching. The crude selenium, cathode copper, refined indium and metallic gallium were obtained in the process. The selenium volatilization rate is 99.5% in the Selenium Distillation process under the optimum conditions. The extractions of copper and indium in the solvent extraction are 98.4% and 99.9%, respectively. The leaching rate of gallium can reach 99.5% in the process of gallium neutralization precipitation-alkali leaching. |
