| Abstract: |
| Based on the systematic study of the ore properties of Baiyun Obo low-grade iron ore, the magnetic separation process with BX high-intensity magnetic separator was studied. The results show that the iron grade of the raw ore is 16.52%, The iron concentrate with yield of 16.54%, TFe grade of 65.31%, TFe recovery of 65.39%, S and P content of 0.36% and 0.07% respectively can be obtained by the dry magnetic discarding - two stage grinding- three stage mineral processing technology. Test results provide a feasible technical approach for the rational utilization of the low-grade iron ore. |
