| To reduce costs and increase efficiency, establishing scientific and reasonable purchasing cost control system is very important for the sustainable development of enterprises under the new situation of China"s economy. By analyzing the current situation of mining enterprises and mine operation, several suggestions are put forward on purchasing management. Hope to provide some reference for more reasonable and efficient purchase of mining enterprises in order to better reduce costs and increase efficiency. |
