Abstract:
The extraction process of zinc from chlorinated leaching solution of zinc-containing dust by tributyl phosphate extractant was studied and the optimum extraction conditions were determined. The results show that tributyl phosphate can effectively extract zinc from chlorinated leaching solution of zinc-containing dust. Under the conditions of O/A ratio of 3:1, extraction time of 3 min, TBP volume fraction of 60%, zinc ion concentration of water phase of 41.07 g/L, chloride ion concentration of water phase of 122 g/L and extraction temperature of 15 ℃, the extraction rate of zinc can reach 70.43%. White calcium sulphate precipitates in the extraction raffinate, and the calcium sulphate whiskers have higher crystallinity.
