| Abstract: |
| The pressure alkaline leaching and atmospheric acid leaching process is proposed in graphite purification and the effects of various factors were investigated. The results shows that the fix carbon content in graphite products after purified can reach 96% and more under the following conditions: pressure alkaline leaching for 1h with temperature of 200℃, alkali concentration of 250g/L, liquid/solid ration of 5:1 and concentrate granularity of P90 -45μm; atmospheric acid leaching with temperature of 80℃ and acid concentration of 2.16%. |
