Abstract:
With the continuous development and consumption of lead sulphide resources, the efficient development and utilization of oxided lead ore has become an important way to ensure the demand for lead in China. This paper is aimed at the oxygen-sulfur mixed lead ore in the Tengchong area of Yunnan. The lead minerals are mainly lead bismuth, leucite and galena, containing 4.54% Pb. It is determined that the vulcanization-xanthate method is used for deep vulcanization and then mixed collector flotation. In the process, the effects of grinding fineness, dosage and dosage on the enrichment of lead minerals were studied. When the ore grinding fineness is -200 mesh 80%, the flotation closed-circuit test can obtain lead concentrate products with higher grade and recovery rate. The lead concentrate contains Pb64.50%, Pb recovery rate is 90.74%, and the sorting index is better. This study can provide a certain technical basis for the development and utilization of similar ore resources.
