| Abstract: |
| In this paper, study is made of the effects of direct mixing method and NH4NO3, NH4Cl and (NH4) 2SO4 mother liquors on the formation of ITO powders,and the characterization and analysis were made by XRD, SEM, laser scattering particle size distribution analyzer. The results show that all the co-precipitation methods can successfully synthesize ITO powders. The NH4NO3 system not only has little influence on the crystalline phase forming of ITO powders, but also the particle size distribution is more concentrated and the single phase ITO powders can be obtained. Therefore, the NH4NO3 system is more suitable for the preparation of ITO powder particles. |
