| Abstract: |
| The mixed ores composed by standstone and limestone according to1.5:1 were studied. The flotation effect of non-sulfide mixed minerals and sulfide products generated under the condition of fixed vulcanization time 180 min, more than 87% of mineral granularity -0.074 mm, ratio of liquid to solid 1.2:1, the sulfur as raw material volume of 5.5%, and vulcanization transition temperature 155℃、165℃、175℃、185℃、195℃、215℃ and 225℃.The results show that the flotation effect of sulfide products is better than non-sulfide mixed minerals. The recovery of Zn and Pb is 33.58% and 35.77% in the process of non-sulfide mixed minerals direct flotation. However, when the vulcanization transition temperature was 225℃, the recovery of Zn and Pb is 95.77% and 93.52%. |
