| Abstract: |
| Large amounts of hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) residues were produced during the production of HDG. Therefore, effectively utilization of the HDG residue has become one of the most important directions for a HDG factory to saving energy and reduction emission. Several kinds of technologies, the principles and the application for recovery zinc from HDG residue are summarized in the present paper. It is pointed out that the feasible process for zinc recovery should be selected according to the characteristic of the HDG residue and the factory’s advantage, aims to obtain better technical economic index and social benefits. |
