| Abstract: |
| The applicability and possibility of microbial pre-oxidation and clear water start-up are researched to determine appropriate heap leaching particle size and temperature through direct leaching test, microbial pre-oxidation test, clear water start-up exploratory experiment and column bioleaching conditional test of a certain refractory primary gold ore. The results show that under the conditions of P80=4.5mm and room temperature, the Au grade of leaching residue can be reduced to 0.47g/t, and the Au leaching rate is 62.70%. Compared with the leaching rate of direct leaching, the leaching rate of this method increases by about 35%. |
