Abstract:
      Based on the research of process mineralogy, a pilot study on the preferential flotation and mixed flotation process of a silver-bearing copper-sulfur ore was carried out. After the condition test, the pharmaceutical system was determined and a small-scale flotation closed-circuit test in the laboratory was carried out. The test results show that under the condition of grinding fineness -74μm accounting for 90%, the copper-sulfur preferential flotation process is used, and after two rough selections, the copper is selected twice to obtain copper grade of 20.17%, and the recovery rate is 98.41%, copper grade with a silver grade of 277.9g/t and a recovery rate of 92.38%; after two rough selections, two selected sulfurs were selected to obtain a sulfur concentrate with a sulfur grade of 37.11% and a sulfur recovery rate of 43.76%. . Under the condition of grinding fineness -74μm accounted for 80%, the copper-sulfur mixed flotation process was used, and the copper-sulfur concentrate was obtained by three times of rough selection and three times of selective selection, and then selected once by one rough selection. Copper and sulfur separation, copper concentrate copper grade is 20.03%, recovery rate is 93.37%, silver grade is 259.5g / t, recovery rate is 82.41%; sulfur concentrate sulfur grade 32.34%, sulfur recovery rate 26.01%. The preferential flotation concentrate copper and silver grades and recovery rate are higher than the mixed flotation process, and the preferential flotation process is stable and reliable, the chemical system is simple, suitable for production, and has important reference for the selection of similar silver-containing copper-sulfur ore process. value.
