| Abstract: |
| study on a copper slag by the process of “leaching-copper extraction-depletion-zinc extraction”, The results show: direct acid leaching has a good leaching effect on copper slag, the leaching rate of copper and zinc reached 73.25% and 88.66% respectively when the fineness of copper slag was -0.074 mm accounted for 95% and 1.4 times the acid dosage of copper slag. When the amount of the extracting agent is 10%, the pH of the aqueous phase is 2, and the O/A is 1, the extraction rate of copper is 99.95% and the extraction rate of impurities is low. Under the condition of pH 5, iron and aluminium can be precipitated almost completely, and calcium and magnesium can be removed to some extent. P507 has good selectivity for zinc extraction, after three-stage extraction, the extraction rate of zinc can reach 94.42%, while the extraction rate of impurities is low, and the stripping solution is relatively pure. |
