Abstract:
The vanadium trioxide, graphite and iron powder as raw materials, the FeVxN alloy was prepared in the pusher kiln. The phase, morphology and elements of the alloy products were analyzed by XRD, FESEM, EDS and ICP, respectively. When vanadium trioxide and iron powder addition amount is constant, and the amount of graphite addition fluctuates, the results show that the V and N content varies slightly, and Fe content minor changes in high vanadium alloy products. And that the N content little changes, the V and Fe content make a big difference. In addition, iron powder is used as catalyst and binder in the reaction process.
