| Abstract: |
| The iron grade of a high-iron copper-sulfur polymetallic ore is 45.80%, the copper grade is 0.48%, the sulfur grade is 2.3%, and the gold grade is 0.24g/t. The use of useful minerals affects the sorting effect. The ore is treated by the combined process of “copper-sulfur mixed flotation-flotation tailings magnetic separation and recovery of iron-copper-sulfur separation”, and MOS-2+MA-1 combined collector, copper-sulfur coarse concentrate is re-grinded and strengthened. By sweeping and other means, copper concentrate with copper grade 20.14%, gold grade 8.73g/t, copper recovery rate 88.53%, gold recovery rate 76.75%, sulfur grade 41.56%, sulfur recovery rate 77.70% sulfur concentrate; The iron concentrate with iron grade of 67.83% and iron recovery rate of 90.24% realizes efficient recovery of iron, copper, sulfur and gold in the ore. |
