Abstract:
      Based on the problems of low efficiency, high consumption and high cost of zinc powder in zinc hydrometallurgy purification process, the process improvement technologies were studied in this paper. The impurities of copper and cadmium were removed step by step, and the technical index of first stage removal of copper and cadmium was achieved. The consumption of zinc powder in the separation section of copper and cadmium was significantly reduced, and the consumption of zinc powder per unit was reduced by 10 kg/t Zn..
