| Abstract: |
| In the mineral process, it’s an unresolved problem to measure slurry pH in high accuracy and reliable way. The paper analyzes the real state and problem of slurry pH measurement, and develop the BPHT slurry pH analyzer based on titration. BPHT analyzer consists of two parts, the sample filter deal with the slurry to the clear solution and the analyzer measure the pH based on photometric titration method. Having been used in the plant, the analyzer can measure the slurry pH with high accuracy and reliability, and can realize the closed-loop control. It will be widely needed in the mineral process. |
