Abstract: |
In this paper, the distribution of main elements, particle size and phases of a certain high silicon zinc concentrate in Xinjiang were investigated. On this basis, the treatment processes such as Radina method, gradation leaching, rapid neutralization method and conventional method are discussed, which provides a basis for the development of high-silicon zinc concentrate. The results show that it is suitable to use the conventional method to treat this kind of ore. By using the method of self-dilution to reduce the pulp concentration in the pulp settlement to accelerate the pulp settlement and improve the clarification performance. It can ensure the leaching rate, realize the good settlement of the pulp, and has the advantage of easy operation and control. |
