Abstract:
      In the process of preparing calcium zincate by chemical synthesis method, the effects of different alkali concentration, reaction time and reaction temperature were studied, and Ca(OH)2 and ZnO were the main raw materials. The crystal structure and morphology were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The influence of chemical synthesis on the crystal control of calcium zincate was obtained. The results show that the increase of alkali concentration will affect the crystallinity of calcium zincate crystal; the prolongation of reaction time will make the reaction more complete, the surface of the crystal has luster; the reaction temperature is an important factor affecting the crystal size and appearance of calcium zincate.
