| Abstract: |
| On the basis of the laboratory, environmental friendly gold leaching process successfully applied directly to the actual production on site, and further optimized on the basis of the original cyanidation gold leaching process, cancelled cyanide removal process, ensured the safety of surrounding waters and environment, added the equipment of adsorption tank for overflow water of thicker, the treatment capacity is increased from 500t/d to 620t/d, optimized the dosing point, the final process index is: when grinding fineness of -200 mesh account 90 (±2)%, the pulp pH 11-12, the pulp concentration 40-42%, dosage of environmental friendly leaching agent Jinchan 520g/t and the ore grade 2.63g/t, the leaching rate reached 93.38%. And production costs are further controlled, the main material cost, power cost and personnel cost are reduced from 159.04 yuan/t of the original design to 70.92 yuan/t, saved cost 88.12 yuan/t, economic benefit is notable. |
