| Abstract: |
| The existing design of mill lubrication control system in copper mines has defects in operation. It is easy to be disturbed by distorted signals when it is used in the harsh environment of plateau. The system cannot judge the good condition of signals automatically. The control is not accurate. It is imperative to design a large mill process control system which can find the best setting value, avoid distortion signal and avoid frequent shutdown caused by false alarm and fault by using advanced automation technology such as fuzzy control. It made the operation of the production equipment more stable, improved the operation rate of the equipment, reduced the labor intensity, improved the production safety factor, and obtained remarkable economic benefits. This design was of great significance in the application fields of modern digital mine and intelligent mine in the future. |
