| A copper smelter has an annual output of 300000 tons of high purity cathode copper using the smelting process.Anode mud in order to comprehensively recover the electrolytic refining of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, selenium and other rare metals to establish a rare factory workshop, the annual output of 300 tons of pieces of silver, but after the existing pieces of silver output need manual cleaning, marking, quality criterion, weighing, stacking operation, such as the low work efficiency, the labor intensity of workers, the problem such as security management is difficult.Therefore, it is necessary to carry out automatic and intelligent transformation to realize the whole process of unmanned operation from silver granules to silver ingot products, improve work efficiency, save labor cost, and realize staff reduction and efficiency increase. |
