| Abstract: |
| In this paper, the imported bottom sludge is taken as the research object. Through analyzing the basic composition, components and properties of crude oil in sludge, five kinds of demulsifiers are prepared, and the demulsifier type, dosage, action temperature and time, centrifugation temperature, rotation speed and time are studied on demulsification. Through detailed process experiments, the optimum parameters of the demulsifier and centrifugal treatment process are determined. At 60 °C, using 0.2% BKP–4 demulsifier for 1 hour, and then centrifuged at 6000 rad for 1 minute, the moisture content can be reduced to less than 1% after treating with 0.2% BKP-4 demulsifier at 60 ℃ for 1 hour, and then centrifuging at 6000 rad for 1 minute, the experimental conditions are close to industrial experiments. This article provides new ideas for sludge treatment at home and abroad. |
