| Abstract: |
| Aiming at the problems of mismatch between grinding system and flotation system, insufficient flotation time and low recovery of a copper ore in Tibet, the author has reformed the flotation process and put it into practice in this paper. By designing an independent and fast flotation system using idle flotation machine, The purpose of useful metals harvesting early has been achieved, the flotation time of the flotation system is prolonged effectively, the flotation pressure of the roughing operation and cleaning operation is alleviated at the same time, the index has been greatly improved after technological transformation. The recovery of copper, gold, silver and molybdenum are increased from 71.69% to 75.65%, from 38.37% to 43.01%, from 38.91% to 55.72%, from 20.78% to 22.38% respectively. The annual economic benefit can reach 81.40 million RMB,the production practice and economic benefit are remarkable |
