Abstract:
      In this paper, a flotation test is performed on a titanium magnetite in Panzhihua, Sichuan. The titanium in this mine is mainly ilmenite, followed by titanium magnetite and rutile, and the gangue minerals are mainly quartz, chlorite, and so on. Through research on grinding fineness, type and amount of collector, type and amount of inhibitor, the final use of weak magnetic iron removal, desulfurization in advance, hydroxamic acid as the collector, CMC as the inhibitor. A closed-circurt process consisting of one stage of roughing, one stage of cleaning and one stage of scavenging under the condition of pH was 4, the titanium concentrate with a TiO2 grade of 46.33% and a recovery rate of 55.36% was finally obtained, and the recovery of the target mineral was achieved.
