| Abstract: |
| According to the characteristics of high copper and low sulfur concentrate, oxygen enriched roasting technology is adopted. The results show that when the roasting time is 8 hours, the roasting temperature is 750 ℃, and the concentration of oxygen enrichment is 30%, the roasting effect is the best. Under this condition, the desulfurization rate is 70%, and the leaching rate of calcine is 97.5%. By comparing oxygen enriched roasting with non oxygen enriched roasting, it can be concluded that oxygen enriched roasting can effectively shorten the roasting time, reduce the temperature used in the roasting, and greatly improve the roasting efficiency. Through the research of repeatability verification and industrial expansion, it is concluded that the best condition has good repeatability, which has certain guiding significance for the actual production. |
