| Abstract: |
| The experiment of recycling valuable metals from tin slag by reductive chloride roasting and magnetic separation was carried out. The results showed that while the temperature is 1000 oC, time is 50 min, reductant dosage is 20%, calcium chloride dosage is 10%. Under the optimum conditions, the magnetic susceptibility of iron is 81.98%, the volatilization rate of lead is 98.88%, the volatilization rate of zinc is 80.90%, and the volatilization rate of tin is 96.73%. When the grinding fineness of product is -75 μm accounted for 100%, the magnetic field intensity is 0.2T, the iron concentrate with Fe grade of 68.18% and recovery of 72.03% can be obtained. |
