Abstract:
In order to solve the potential safety hazards and environmental pollution problems of tailings disposal, to minimize tailings reduction, harmlessness, and resource utilization, and to promote the construction of green mines, this article aims at the collaborative and efficient production of mine tailings-free bins. Based on a comprehensive consideration of the mining scale, the tailings yield of the processing plant, the different requirements of different mining processes on the backfill concentration and lime-sand ratio, the physical properties of the backfill, and the disposal method of surplus tailings, a tailless co-balance model was established. Based on the model, the feasibility of the reduction strategy for the multistage separation of tailings in Zhangzhuang Iron Mine was discussed, and the high-concentration and high-flow continuous backfill and tailings recycled aggregate were described. Furthermore more, the importance of dynamic and precise collaborative management of mining and charging finally emphasized. The tailless cooperative balance model constructed in this paper has wide applicability to metal and nonmetal mines, and can provide a reference for the construction and production management of tailless green mines.
