| Abstract: |
| The looper is a device installed between the adjacent mill , the main role is to regulate the buffer of the metal flow between adjacent frames to prevent the change of steel, so that the strip steel in a certain range to maintain a constant small tension, to prevent excessive tension caused by the phenomenon of neck shrinkage, resulting in uneven width or even pull off. In the actual use process, the front frame trap roller frequently breaks fault, on the one hand causes equipment failure, affects production stability, on the other hand, the frame-to-rack steel tension setting brings restrictions, affecting the process parameter setting. Through the analysis of the structure and force of the live sleeve roller, the improvement scheme of the live sleeve roller is determined. |
