| Abstract: |
| Slurry sampler is a special sampling mechanism for slurry samples, including the main part of the sampler and electrical control system. To ensure the normal operation of the sampler, the design of control system must be safe and reliable. Comply with the development of equipment informationization and intelligence, the off-line sampler can not meet the development needs of the concentrator. Based on this, this paper develops the slurry online sampling control system software. On the ARM development platform, Keil uVision4 MDK was used to design the application program for the slurry online sampling control. At the same time, a human-machine interface based on MCGS configuration software is developed, which is used for status display and parameter configuration. The on-line sampling control system software developed in this paper can be adjusted according to the actual situation, is safe to use, easy to operate, and has good maintainability and expansibility. For different sampling points involving various types of M series and TMC series samplers, it can also cooperate with the BOXA on-line analyzer and BPSM on-line particle size analyzer. At the same time, make ensure that the sampler can play its own role, has a good representativeness, and meet the needs of users. The sampling control system equipped with the software has been applied in mining enterprises such as Shaxi, Chengmenshan and the response is good. |
