Abstract:
      Matte of fuming furnace is mainly the intermediate product produced by fuming furnace in the treatment of low-grade copper, tin, nickel, zinc and other materials,which contains copper, nickel, iron, sulfur and other elements,and leach copper and nickel from matte of fuming furnace can produce great economic value .This paper study the Cu and Ni extraction from cupric matte of fuming furnace by pressure acid leaching,the optimum experimental conditions were determined. The results show that under leaching temperature of 433K,oxygen partial pressure 0. 6MPa,leaching time of 3h,mass rate of liquid-solid of 4:1 mL/g,the addition of sodium lignosulfonate is 2‰,the leaching rate of Cu,Ni and Fe is 98.18%,98. 42%,26.46% on average.
