| Abstract: |
| According to the application of the automatic zinc stripper in industrial production, this paper analyzes the rapping mechanism of the piston rod model in the rapping equipment, analyzes the stress transfer relationship of the rapping hammer which striks the cathode plate.This paper preliminarily selects the basic parameters of the rapping hammer, meanwhile redesigns the rapping equipment. Through the industrial test, the single factor control variable method is used to analyze the impact of three factors on the rapping effect: the number of rapping, the pressure of air pressure, the distance between the hammer center and the upper edge of zinc sheet. It provides reference and basis for the optimization design of the same type of equipment in the future. |
