| Abstract: |
| In this paper, the main chemical composition, mineral composition, hardness and distribution characteristics of NaF in spent SiC-Si3N4 refractory were studied, the acid leaching conditions which affecting this refractory purity were also studied. This study showed that 96.45% purity of SiC-Si3N4 refractory could be obtained by the combined water-acid leaching process, and the leaching rate of Na, F reached 91.89%, 97.80% respectively, the main impurity phases were SiO2, mullite, SiCN, AlN and ect.. |
