Abstract:
Aiming at the prominent problem of ore loss and dilution during the mining process of red bull copper mine, a combined approach of the ANSYS and FLAC3D which were practical and efficient analysis software was adopted. The results of stress field, displacement field and plastic zone indicated that ore bulk in the stope before large scale drawing was beneficial to the stability of wall rock. However, under the impact of poor rock mass or exposed area and time of goaf, the stability wasn’t controlled simply, which could cause a wide range of falling, and even more disadvantageous to the loss and dilution of ore. For all above, a technical solution was designed for ensuring the utilization of mineral resources, including three parts that respectively were anchor bolt for reinforcing, blasting optimizing to reduce vibration interference and control rock boundaries, and monitoring of ore drawing to cut down the loss ratio and dilution ratio.
