Abstract:
      Two kinds of Fe–Based alloy crack free cladding layers were obtained using laser cladding process on 27SiMn steel surface.The phase composition, microstructure ,hardness and corrosion resistance was studied.The results showed the microstructure with well-develop dendrite was uniform.The microstructure of cladding layers was mainly composed of α-Fe 、γ-Fe 、Fe0.64Ni0.36、FeNiCrC. With the increase of Cr content, the γ-Fe content in the cladding layers decreased and α-Fe content in the cladding layers increased, hardness decreased and corrosion resistance significantly improved of Fe-Based cladding layers .
