Abstract:
      MCrAlY powder was prepared by VIGA16 vacuum argon atomizing equipment. After the powder was treated, the high-performance coating was prepared by PPS-TF. The results show that the content of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen in the powder prepared from vacuum argon is low, mainly spherical, good fluidity, and low content of impurity carbon, nitrogen and hydrogen. The coating obtained by LPPS-TF has compact structure, low oxygen content. The adhesion or cohesion strength of thermal spray coating is 81.3Mpa.
