| Abstract: |
| In this paper, the flotation recovery of fine-grained ilmenite from tailings of a titanium placer concentrator was carried out by using high-efficiency collector FA-01. The technology of " low intensity magnetic separation - high intensity magnetic " pre discarding tail and fine grinding of strong magnetic concentrate followed by floatation is adopted to realize the effective recovery of ilmenite resources in tailings of titanium placer concentrator; In the pre discarding tail section, the throwing rate is 66.58%, and the loss rate of TiO2 is only 18.71%, which can effectively remove kaolin and other slime minerals that affect the flotation effect; In the flotation process section , the titanium concentrate with TiO2 grade of 43.28% and TiO2 recovery of 54.63% can be obtained by the closed-circuit test under the weak alkaline pulp system. |
