| Abstract: |
| Study on magnetization—magnetic separation was carried out on a refractory siderite in Yunnan. In laboratory scale, the recommend parameters are as follows: a roasting temperature of 1050 ℃; a roasting duration of 120 min, a mass ratio of coal to ore of 3:20, a mass ratio of addition agent to ore of 1:10, and a fineness of 90% -0.074 mm for weak magnetic separation. Finally, a favorable result was obtained. The concentration grade and recovery reached 70.22% and 83.67%%, respectively. On the basis of the bench-scale tests, the half industry test was conducted and a concentrate with 75.03% Fe, at a recovery of 81.91% was obtained. The present study provided a reference for the beneficiation of similar refractory siderite ore. |
