| Abstract: |
| The traditional monitoring methods of roof and floor distances in goaf have the disadvantages of low accuracy, external power supply, low integration, high failure rate, and not easy to expand. In this paper, a set of local power supply, high integration, high accuracy, high protection, easy diagnosis, and easy to expand roof and floor distances in goaf is built through the research of magnetostrictive sensor, ZigBee wireless communication technology and mesh self-organizing network technology monitoring system. Through the field industrial test, it is verified that its accuracy can reach submillimeter level. It can obtain the distance information of the roof and floor in goaf quickly and stably under the special environment of the goaf, such as dark, humid, wireless signal not covered, lack of external power supply and so on. It provides a stable and intuitive new equipment for underground ground pressure monitoring for the mine. |
