| Abstract: |
| In order to solve the problem of frequent increase in pressure during the use of on-site mixed-emulsion explosive vehicles, the influencing factors of increased outlet pressure were analyzed from three aspects: charging equipment, charging raw materials, and charging operating environment,and to discuss the control technology of the outlet pressure of the charge under different influencing factors.The results show that the length of the drug delivery hose, the speed of the drug, the concentration of the sensitizing solution, the temperature of the latex matrix, the viscosity of the latex matrix, the head of the drug delivery tube have a positive correlation with the outlet pressure of the drug. The hose and the increase of the water ring flow can reduce the outlet pressure to a certain extent, and the formula of the outlet pressure of the charge is summarized according to the analysis results, which can provide theoretical support and technical guidance for engineering practice. |
