Abstract:
      There are copper, sin, zinc, tungsten, fluorite etc. in shizhuyuan yejiwei copper-tin ore body of Chenzhou, Hunan. The flowsheet is long and complex to recovery these valuable elements. Fluorite flotation is the end of full flowsheets, so the reagents added before have a great effect to fluorite flotation. In this paper, a hydrocyclone is used to separate mud and sand, and reduce the effect of other flotation agents on main part fluorite flotation. The grade and recovery of fluorite concentrate are 94.14% and 73.54% in mud and sand bulk locked-circuit flotation. The grade and recovery of fluorite concentrate are 97.72% and 80.33%, 88.33% and 3.86% in underflow locked-circuit flotation and overflow open-circuit flotation. The total recovery of fluorite is 84.19% in mud and sand flotation respectively, which is much higher mud and sand bulk flotation.
